Hello. I am trying to get some advice on data sharing and GDPR specifically relating to the online sharing of a persons profile data - so Name, address, phone number email address, driving licence details and reviews that have been given to an individual by employers and customers. This data will only be shared with people who have a legitimate business interest (a term which I could also do with a detailed explanation / definition of). So, more specifically, what can be shared, what cant be shared, and what permissions do we need to agree with the person in T&C's. Any help much appreciated

A good place to start:

Data can be held by a business for Legitimite interest, eg, in order to pay a person, a business needs their bank details, in order to deliver my washing machine, the business needs to know where I live and be able to pass that address to the driver. The data has to be stored securely and cannot be shared with anyone else.

Nothing can be buried in Ts&Cs, permission for any data collection has to be clear and agreed at time of collection.

Are you wanting to share data, or do you suspect someone of sharing data without permission?
