And also they keep sending me emails to pay ;w;
What i mean is.. you're too young to be ordering anything off the internet, or filling in any personal details on a website, regardless of what device you used.

Even anonymous chatrooms such as The AnswerBank can be dangerous for younger people, so make sure you don't give out any more personal details. Luckily, The AnswerBank has strict rules and moderation, to keep all users safe.
Ignore the emails, maybe make a new email account if your old one is full of junk
iPad and email address at 10 - blimey I had Lego!
Children cannot legally contract other than for necessities. Therefore you have not entered into a contract. Because you legally cannot.

From the answers I have read (admittedly not all of them) your placement of apostrophes looks quite mature, and better than many on AB (and certainly better than spath), so are you really only 10? If you are, then I'm impressed.
Have you told your parents? If not do so as they could be held responsible for anything you owe
Is this thread genuine?
// so are you really only 10? If you are, then I'm impressed.//
well pretty obviously not 10 - nor 16

well we have covered the english law on this - minors cant contract except for necessities. ( 12 flashy waistcoats WERE deemed necessities by the way)

but on the facts ( haha ) the poster has contravened the Fraud Act 2006 innit? he has made representations which were false ( over 16 and mature ) in order to gain financially

anyway no one has mentioned that you can unwind internet sales contracts under these circumstances innit? I dont know chapter and verse as I use my card with slightly more care ....

[ all covered by - yes but I am in oonly 10 and in oslo ...]
yeah DD not a minor
//Is this thread genuine?//
well kicked off an interesting conversation on contracts and minors....

when I read these threads I wonder what the trollers are thinking when they ask for answers with a question like ....
"half of me is in Bangalore and the other half is in Bangaloo, and there is this really creeeepy teacher who molests me but not the whole me of course because I am not all there etc etc"

And you really believe this OPer is a 10 year?
Quite possibly, she asked a very simple question. Just because she's literate doesn't mean she's not ten. I wrote that well when I was ten, the kid is just asking if she can get sued and she clearly can't as I said about 2 minutes into the thread.
It doesn't matter what her age is or whether she's in Norway or not , a polite reply will stay in case anyone else needs it in future.
"and she clearly can't as I said about 2 minutes into the thread."

Your answer was actually wrong, though. A kid CAN be sued. In this instance, Jessi will not be sued, but you should know that someone can be sued at any age.
Although it is legal to sue minors, it's rarely worthwhile, because most are broke and therefore can't pay the judgment.
