My Ex Partner Charged With Abh

Hi my ex partner got charged with ABH he got remanded int custody for 2 weeks then got realeased on bail conditions tag ect.. till his court date and the end of the month, his going not guilty what's gonna happen when he does this? Remanded or still out till the trial???

The law states that anyone who has been charged with an offence (other than with the most serious of offences, such as murder) has an automatic right to bail unless a court is of the opinion that, for example, the accused person would commit a further offence, interfere with witnesses or fail to turn up for a court hearing. As your ex has already been granted bail by a court, such bail would normally be extended unless evidence was brought before the court to show that there was now a risk that wasn't known about before.
So the chances are that your ex will remain on bail until the date of his trial.
