How can you find out online (ideally free of charge) whether someone has any CCJ’s against them?

You can search 'The Register of Judgments' for a small fee of between £6 & £10. All you need to do so is the Person's name and address. I don't think you can online, but I could be wrong on that.
You can go to the court concerned and ask the clerk who will help you.
You can search 'The Register of Judgments' for a small fee of between £6 & £10. All you need to do so is the Person's name and address.
