Hi, I was charged with 2 section 18s and use of a weopon in public back in March last year.

The alleged victim had admitted to contacting me to arrange meeting up down a back street and informed me he was with 8 of his mates.

I turned up with 3 friends and a fight broke out.

This resulted in him gaining a fractured skull and broken arm.

At no time did I use a weopon all though his statement highlights I did! Two of his friends said it was a an accomplice of mine which had a weopon.

He has changed his statement three times and admitted to being heavily under the influence of alcohol during this altercation.

The prosecution have offered me to go guilty on two section 20s on the prosecutions facts?

Please advise your thoughts on this?
