I work @ Amazon fc and they are doing a 24 hr contract Sunday to Friday 4hrs each day is this legal

Lots of people work six days per week. As long as the total number of hours doesn't exceed 48 and there's always an 11-hour gap between finishing one day's work and starting the next, it's perfectly lawful:
