Ladybirder, it's still happening including during the daytime when the owner goes out. It's a very large dog, possibly a Dogue de Bordeaux, so you can imagine the loudness if uts howl. The neighbours have been spoken to again, even with a recording of the dog howling. We appreciate they have go to work on night shifts but the dogs anxiety takes precedent, as does my daughters right to rest and sleep. If nothing improves by Wednesday (to allow neighbours to to address the situation) the recording, and times taken of the dog howling, will be provided to the council and the RSPCA.
