I'll try and cut a long story short.
Social services are involved with my family over my grandchildren.
Me and a family member rang with our serious concerns, (and asked for confidentiality)
The social worker then not only felt the need to tell the parent but also our names.
I wrote to the head of social services who investigated and the outcome was that the social worker was totally in the wrong and they apologised!
Do we have any rights here to take it further?
