Unrelated questions to the other questions that I ask on here. I willl have my Mom be notified and pictures of this cat will be brought up to the court. I'm calling the animal police to have that Cat confisgated from them. My neighbors' are real scumbags and they parkED their UHAUL truck that took half of the ENTIRE STREET and took everybody else's parkED spot. Should I call the cops because of this dirty animal?

No.
When you say 'Cat' are we talking Tiger, Lion, Cheetah?
I imagine from your terminology and spelling you are not in the UK. This is a UK based sight and its contributors are mainly from the UK. You may be better posting on a site based in your home nation.
We note that you are based in the USA. You should visit your local police station for advice on this matter.
It may involve the lynx effect.
Just shoo the cat out. I can't see the problem. If you call the police they will have a laugh unless of course it is a lion, tiger, puma etc. And not just a dirty pussycat!.
I think your real problem is your neighbours parking.
What on earth are you on about? Cats are free roaming animals and go where they want to, not where humans want them to be. Most people would be utterly delighted if a neighbour's cat decided to honour them with their company.

Here in the UK it's most definitely not an offence to let a cat wander into a neighbour's garden or into their house. (My three cats sh/t in my neighbour's garden every day. He just has to live with it!). I find it impossible to believe that the law is very different in that respect in the USA.

Welcome the cat into your home and enjoy its company!
If the doors open anyone can walk in never mind a cat and no laws are broken unless theres damage or they threaten you
^^^ As Bob says, here in the UK anyone can legally walk into someone else's home as long as they've not got any criminal intent:

This mass hallucination that murderous, spite-filled and haughty menaces are somehow special is an annoyance and needs stamping out.
Not the cats fault. You seem not to be an animal lover. Best to keep your doors shut.
No you shouldnt
you are on an English site. Kicking a cat is a cursed activity. It doesnt matter who you shoot by comparison

I had a neighbours cat jump thro a window, go upstairs and go to sleep on my bed. Cute.

If I didnt want it, I should have kept the window closed
oh it is not breaking and entering if you just walk in
I think that is the case in America too

The law is pretty clear if you just go - bamma-lamma-lamma without a word. This England: none of us have guns and no one goes bamma-lamma-lamma

Foreign country
In theory, Humans are supposed to be more intelligent than Cats and we are expected to make sure that cats can't access our properties or use our gardens as toilets.

Alas in real life cats are much more intelligent than the average human being and they have the right to roam legally. If another person's dog attacks you this may be seen as a criminal act. If your neighbour's cat attacks you then there is nothing that you can, legally, do.

// or use our gardens as toilets.//
oh the curse of the cat nicknamed "Toulouse"

my dog follows one around and eats cat-poo
oh god too much ddddddeeeeeettttaaaaaailll !
// In theory, Humans are supposed to be more intelligent than Cats//

well that theorist clearly hasnt paid a visit to AB recently - - ter daah!
