Hi, we are a block of 6 flats with Right to Manage given us by the free/leaseholder. We are trying to stop new buy to let owners and wonder how much, roughly, it will cost to have a clause to this effect attached to the lease.
I can foresee lots of potential problems with such a clause (however worded), if I were to buy one of the flats and live there – but later (for whatever reason) decided to rent it, how would you prevent that?
