If a Dutch person currently living and working in Holland wants to live and work in the UK, how easy is it, do they need a work permit and if so how do they go about getting one?

They can only move to the UK to work if they qualify for a relevant visa. That would typically mean that they would need to employed either as a 'skilled worker' or within the health and care sector.
