Hello Answerbankers.

When a 16yr old decides to apply for an NMO, does it have to have a parental agreement and signature behind it, for it to go ahead?

Non-molestation order. A 16 year old needs to first appoint a litigation friend to represent them in court. This can be a parent but doesn't have to be

Apparently the Parent will have to sign and agree for the NMO to go ahead.

When requesting for Order of Costs leading up to the final hearing, is this done by an official form or is it simply added to the evidence etc please?
