be enacted by 1 child if both children were given POA at the same time? Or do they both have to agree?

Elder brother does not seem to think there is an issue but he does not get calls from his mother all the time.
We spent yesterday afternoon talking to a police officer about MIL.

If the POA is, "jointly", both of yous need to agree but if it's, "jointly and severally", either one of yous can act.

I am astounded since you have involved the police they didnt know....( onfused of Newton Heath writes)

POA

Check that the EPA form was:

made when the donor was at least 18 and had the ability to make their own decisions (they had not lost ‘mental capacity’)

so it is invalid....

Peter 'we' did not involve the police her neighbour did.

I don't need to recast my question - I think it is clear enough as Corby managed to answer it. thank you for your time.
