This is in Belfast so I wouldn't expect the same rate as would be paid in major UK cities.

I'm getting no response to my N Ireland postcode.

This space, with a BT7 postcode, is being offered for £62.50 per month for unlimited parking (with options for shorter parking periods also available):

Would £50 a month for parking during term time be reasonable?

^^^ That's about £2.50 per day, which sounds fair enough to me.

Wouldn't you need insurance in case something happened to the car?

I never thought about insurance but the advertiser hasn't got back to me.  They might have found somewhere nearer to the Uni.
