Does anyone know where I can find out the current tarrif of fines imposed for breaches of the Trades Descriptions Act? I'm specifically interested in UK TDA, the maximum penalty for a summary conviction and whether or not the prison term has been extended from 2 years when there is a conviction on indictment. I've tried searching net, but can't seem to find exactly what I'm looking for - any help gratefully received! Am writing a training manual for caterers and we need to have up-to-date info on TDA. The info I'm working with is years old and I want to get it right! Thanks!
