If i felt that my ex wife was attempting to grab too much of my finances is there a way I can conceal a part of it please.

Not legally, no.
The whole point is, it is not 'my' finances it is 'our' finances.
Yes, there probably are. But when you get found out, you will be in big trouble.

No idea, but well done to you. If you made the money why should she have it. They plead equality but when separations occur it's alway little mrs hard done by.
Not really advisable, courts tend to look upon concealment, if discovered, as proof that resources are substantial and you may end off worse off as they don't know how much else you may be concealing (even if you aren't) and make a less favourable judgement
