Bank Charges

I have been charged for going over drawn because a d/d came out more than what it was suppose to be, the bank have told me to get the company to pay the charges but they wont pay, is there any law to say i can make them pay as i cant get in touch with the Citizens Advice.

If you didn't owe them the amount they took, then they should pay the costs of their mistake.
