Is there a regulatory body for the mobile industry?
After an exchange of several e-mails concerning un-authorised payments being taken from my Bank account, T-Mobile when presented with the proof of said un-authorised payments have chosen to ignore my e-mails. I have sent the same e-mail several times now and still received no reply. (I'm deaf and can't phone them up)
Does anyone know if there is a regulatory body I can take my complaint to?
Many thanks.

Just a quick follow up .............
On the ofcom site I found the following ...
"All companies must belong to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme. The ADR scheme acts as an independent middleman between the company and the customer. If the companys in the wrong, the ADR scheme can order the company to fix the problem and, if needed, pay compensation. "
I just sent off another copy of the e-mail they have been ignoring & at the top I requested the address of the Alternative Dispute Resolution scheme T-Mobile belonged to. This time they have replied withing 5 minutes saying a member of staff will look into my complaint & get back to me asap.
We are talking about 50 here ( 5 X 10 payments over 10 weeks) so I am certainly not going to let the matter drop.
Cheers again :)
