what can i put in the letter

I ordered & recieved a uniform from a company in India, they have my size measurments on file. I have recieved uniforms off them before which fitted perfectly so i know they are the right sizes they have. The last lot are totaly wrong dont fit ect. How do i go about trying to resolve this prob ( I have been in touch with them & they say the owners in hospital and will deal with it when he comes out ) that was 20 days ago and i know he's fobbing me off. What sort of letter can i rite & in what tone to make them act & do some-thing

A little bit more info about the company that made the uniform. "Quote" incl custom tayloring! That means you will get comfortable & proper fitting uniform every time.
