My ex partner has stopped me from seeing my child do I have rights? and what are they?

of course you have rights.
dont know if you're male or female but if your male are you on the birth certificate?
youre better off going to a CAB or getting a �5 fixed fee at a solicitors to find out your rights fully
but from experience i would say dont let the child become piggy in the middle it benefits no one.
things always work out in the end even when if you think right now they wont.
