I did think I posted this question the other day but it hasn't appeared yet so here goes again... I recently won a tribunal claim against my ex employer, however he still hasn't paid the money, I have contacted the local courts for the forms to register for a CCJ, but is there anything else I need to do, I have contacted him several times with no avail, what happens now I'm confused

You have done all the right things so far as unfortunately the Tribunals cant enforce one of their orders.

Do you know if your ex employer is still trading though?
