i am an agent for farepak and i have been told here is no money at all, nobody knows where it has gone or what it was used for, i have an order in for �1550 in vouchers i only have 2 customers my mother and myself so this christmas is going really bad not only have i only just lost my father in the summer we have lost all the money that we saved. I was wondering if seen that farepak held on to my money can you report them to the police for thieft . Having they stole my money?

You cannot report it to the police as theft - the company is being properly put into administration because it cannot meet its obligations and pay its debts.

the only thing you can do is get hold of the recievers but dont build u your hopes to getting all your money back, cause the chances of that of Slim.
These company's P**s me off when they do this cause they ruin peoples Christmas's and lives, i know what i would, i would look up the Directors details and be knocking on his door.

Just an extra point, if you (or anyone else) paid at least some of the money on a credit card, then contact the credit card company as they will have some responsibility to help you. Realise this may be a long shot, but worth mentioning!
Credit cards have their plus points in this kind of situation, although you obviously need to take the debt issue into account when decided whether to use them or not to pay for things like this.
