is there a specific milage in respect of a company relocating, that the company must pay either travel time or reimburse travel costs

Better companies will have rules about this. Bad ones won't pay.

When we relocated,we were offered 1 years travelling allowance,but it was a good will gesture to the union for those immediately affected. If it's not within a reasonaable travelling distance,then you may be entitled to redundancy pay if you qualify
