Hi i don't even know where to start. My ex left me for someone else when I was 16 weeks pregnant, with his 1st child and my 4th! Although devastated, I invited him to the birth, and he has had contact ever since.

And ever since he has been dragging me back and forth to court, always about access, the amount etc etc. ( my son is now 3+)

this is costing me an absolute fortune, let alone emotionally! i have a solicitor as my son is too precious to muck up in court cos i don't know the ins n outs. I have a horrible feeling this will go on for years, what can i do?

I would n't mind if i'd ever denied access, but i never have.

What's he taking you to Court for? If he's after a formal Order as to how much access he gets, the the best bet is to agree between you both as to the amount of any access, and then there is no need for the Courts to be involved. Is he asking for custody? or unreasonable amounts of access?
