Legal invoices ?
I own a ltd business and I have been informed that I am sending out illegal invoice as I don't state that the address on the invoice is the registrated address of the company. I have looked at other invoices that I receive from suppliers and they don't have this information either. Could someone clarify this for me. Many thanks.

Check this out. I think as long as the registered address is used as your place of business, it can't be illegal. It's more if you registered your business at say your accountants address, but operate your business from other premises. You would then need to show the accountants address as the registered office and then your trading address. Hope it helps.

Documents issued by your company must show the company's full and correct name, its registered number, a statement as to where it is registered (eg Registered in England and Wales) and its registered office address. If no other address is shown then you do not need to put "registerd office" before the address, but if the company has a different trading or correspondence address form its registered office then the registered office address must also be shown, usually prefixed by the words "registered office".
