someone fixed my computer charged me �30 when returned computer was not working returned the computer to be re-fixed the person wanted to charge me another �30 which l refused so he said he was keeping my computer he's not returning my calls or answering door to me help!!

Your compalint is that the first repair was not carried out properly. Youu may be right, in which case you can claim back the first �30.00 (or not pay the second) That is a civil matter. Not a criminal one. None of this is helping yoiu get your computer back.

Take out a summons at the small claims court for the cost of the initial repair and cost of the computer. The summons is only a small percentage of the money to be claimed. 2nd Option, send a solicitors letter 3rd Option, pay the �30. Ask for receipt stating what repair has been done (including first repair, then have the computer examined by an expert. If no repair has been done, report it to the police as a crime will then have been committed.
