If a family member owned a nursery and a member of their fanily were wanting to stay for a few days would this be a problem or would all members of the family have to be CRB cleared to visit?!

All responses greatly appreciated.

not sure of the answer but they could try contacting ofsted who I am sure will know the answer.
Have some patience will you (!!!!!!!!!????etc etc)

Why would a member of the family want to stay at a nursery?

Or do you mean they run a nursery at their home?

Or are they a registered childminder?

Some information might help, as there are important differences between them.
stay a few days what does this mean ? CRB check for all working with children, i hope !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
