Unilateral Notice can't be registered without your consent.
Tell LR that you don't agree to it and that - unless he can satisfy LR's requirements now - the application should be cancelled.

AND take urgent legal advice. Once the Notice is registered, it's difficult to remove and will limit your power to deal with the property (eg mortgage, sale, etc.)

Thanks Nether, Im doing that at the moment, we now have to both do a statement of case, he's just done his and Ive got to the end of Jan to submit mine. Ive now seen his and to be honest all he has done is lie, and things which I can prove he's lying about, but he is also saying some very personal things - which have nothing to do with the equity of the house. I also have a letter from him which was also sent to my build soc for my mortgage, stating he was selling it me for a certain price and why, he is now saying I forged it!!!
