recently i have been assigned to malaysia from qatar. now that am here i find that my employer does'nt give that much support they used too when am in qatar. is there something wrong if i apply for another job even when am still in contract with them? it is stipulated in my contract that both parties could terminate the contract anyway given an advance notice. what should i do?

Are you employed by UK company, or one within EU?.

If your contract of employment states that you can terminate with notice then you are free to search for another job, as long as.. if you resign you give your employer the correct notice.
