I have recently sold something on ebay, and when they got it they sent it back with bits missing, and said it wasn't as described and now they are demanding there money back or they say they will take me to court. I don't mind sending them back the item, but they dont want it. can they actually take me to court? the item was less than �100. cheers

They'll probably leave negative feedback but u can reply to this so that's not too bad.

your fine, just tell that person that you posted it complete and if there is any insurance on the postage give him the details. If there was no insurance on the postage its his responsibility in paying. However it looks more likely hes tampered with the item and its not gone missing in the post to me.
