if a couple are married and have a child, they then divorce and a dna test proves that the husband is not the childs father, can he have his name removed from the childs birth certificate?

A birth certificate can be altered if a court issues a declaration of parentage but I'm not too sure whether there's such a thing as a legal declaration of 'non-parentage'.
