Do 'occupiers' include tenants at a property under an AST?

Ex husbands rights?

Faulty boiler, would like it replacing?!

An occupier is normally anyone in actual and obvious occupation. So yes, I would have thought so.

I agree. Deed of Postponement is required by mortgagee (lender) to ensure that, if mortgagor (borrower) defaults, it can obtain possession of house for salell vacant- so presence of tenant would obstruct that requirement.
