What exactly is the problem? Is it the Housing manager that's called the police on you or what's the situation? Not clear from your post

sorry,my neighbour called the police about an enquiry about myself and my partner, upon talking to the police its still not clear what the enquiry was.We have put up with noise, filth, verbal abuse damage to our property, and witnessed child abuse, all of which we reported to our neighbourhood manager or relavent authorities all of which have been documented. We have told the police whats been going on but the result was if it cant be resolved then we all get an asbo,i think its unfair as we have always used the proper channels for complaints and tryed to be considerate neighbours.
