Well I've just seen your later post where you've said I'm going to help you but I still don't really know what it is you want to know to be honest.
1. You first need to establish that the accident was caused by somebody else's negligence or breach of duty; that that breach caused the accident, and that you suffered injury as a result. You'll need to explain what happened for more help on that one I'm afraid.
2. The amount of compensation will of course depend on the severity of any injury. Falls into two heads - General Damages for pain and suffering etc, Special Damages - which is the financial losses including loss of earnings etc. A Medical Report will normally be obtained to assess the level of General Damages.
Let me know what happened, and I can probably give you a little more advice. However, if you think you have a claim, why not just pop in to see a Solicitor and ask about "no win no fee". First interview usually free anyway.
