moving to dublin

i won a tribunal case and was awarded some money,the person has not paid me,now i hear she is moving to dublin and maybe signing her property over to other people,does that mean i will not get my award.
any help or suggestions will be greatl appreciated

Well you can send in the Bailiff's and/or get a charge put on the property but I would imagine it would only take the threat of those actions to induce payment. If you get a charge added it would make it difficult for her to tranfer equity in the property.

i'm just now waiting for the courts to issue an enforcement on her,thanks again.
