does anyone know what the time limit you have to make a claim for Constructive dismissal? thank you.

Hi.
Its got to be logged at employment tribunal within 3 months of leaving the employment.
I took my last employer for unfair constructive dismassel, I will be totally honest its a long hard battle.
As you were the person to resign in the eyes of the tribunal you have to bring your case first, ie your witnesses, and the onus is on you to prove what happened.Mine took 2 years to get sorted that was after losing the case at a tribunal, appealing it in London Employment tribunals to get the verdict overturned, week before we were due to go back they settled out of court.
