The company which received your coupons and payment, and which has failed to send you your sunglasses, is Marketlink Marketing Communications Ltd. The only e-mail address I can find is for their sales department (which negotiates contracts with companies like Associated Newspapers). However, they should be able to forward your mail to the relevant department:
[email protected]
However, you might get a faster response if you simply phone and demand some sort of action from them:
01420 22633 (That number seems to have one digit fewer than normal but it appears that way in two different places on their website)
If you'd rather write, this is the address. (I recommend using recorded delivery):
Marketlink Marketing Communications Ltd,
Blacknest Road
Blacknest
Hampshire
GU34 4QE
If you still don't get any joy, try contacting the Daily Express. They'd love to run a consumer interest story about the dissatisfaction of readers of their biggest rival ;-)
