I doubt whether you can. You will have to wait until you are discharged from bankcuptcy.

After you are discharged from bankruptcy the fact of the bankruptcy will still be noted on your CRA files for 5 or 6 years. It is very unlikely - though not impossible - that you will be able to get a credit card throughout that time.

Capital One do a credit card for discharged bankrupts but you have to pay a deposit fo about �250.
