boundry dispute

Our neighbour has put his fences clearly not where they were and on our side we have submited 100% sold proofs. with photographs Their solicetor is thretening us for injuntion not to take down thease fences. how can i defend such an injuction? I am part time woker, very poor, do have some savings but would like to move as soon as this is resolved.

If the threat is to serve an injunction, why not take them down before the injunction is served and then serve an injunction on your neighbor before he can put them back on your property.
