trellice fencing

I have a 6foot boundry wall around my garden blonging to me, i have lanscaped the garden and now wish to fit a trellice fence on my side so the ground level my side is above the other side, meaning the fence my side will be 6ft and the other side will be 10ft, this fence is trellice only do i need planning permision ?

do you mean in place of the wall, or running along side it?

the fence will run along side the wall on my land .
Then your neighbours will never see it? There's no issue there, especially if you keep it below the height of the current wall.

my neighbours will see it as they are lower than me, which means as I have said my side is 6ft there side is now 10ft
