hello,

i was made bankrupt in 2000 i have been informed that there is a new goverment legislation that i should be freed from all outstanding debts to creditors and the official recievers had until the 31st march this year to issue any court procceders regards this and im now entitled to ask them to release my charge espesially against my property can u advise
