If you're in a situation where you have to sell a plot of land - but you don't want to sell one part of it - and the buyer doesn't want to buy that part and has agreed to sell it back to you (it has to be sold initally for convoluted reasons) - is there any way to avoid having to pay two lots of SDLT. There's no way to avoid the initial sale due to other parties being involved.
