Some years ago my son was involved in an accident and was awarded 500 by the ?National Insurance Bureau (Not sure if this is the correct title). This payment would not be made until the other party (guilty and charged) who amongst other things had no insurance/ I think this money was held by my son's solicitor until costs were paid by the guilty party which to my knowledge have never been paid.
My question is what has happened to this 500 and where is it being held, as we are unable to find anything about this. The solicitor has long since retired!!
