I sent countless emails after being promised refunds and replacement orders - it appears they stall you for up to 2 months so you are not protected by PayPal - PayPal can only help if you complain within 45 days of purchase. I got so fed up I complained officially through the PayPal website yesterday anyway, and also by telephone, and PayPal said they could only do something at this stage if they received a certain number of complaints about JP Sports. Something seems to have moved however, as I finally got my refund (less PayPal's commission) this morning. I guess the secret is to not give up emailing, and make sure you complain through the PP website. Good luck!
I too ordered a childs football kit on 1 March and am still waiting. I also have been promised refunds within 72 hours but still nothing. I checked my paypal accout today but nothing in there. I have tried to email them, but it seems they are not accepting emails from my ip address. Ive tried to search fro them on the web, but cant find any trace. Have they gone bust with my cash? What can I do now?
No website to be found and all e mails returned . I have spent hours trying to get the kit, get the refund and sort with Paypal- but the 45 day cover has expired - very clever of JP sports! I finally contacted my credit card who say I may get some money back via them- they will send a claim form. think we have all hit on a bogus site.
I registered today to join in this discussion...I too have been hoodwinked by Jay Sports/JP Sports or whatever it is they are calling themselves this week. 2 football strips "purchased" for my 5yr old back in JANUARY. I've been chasing for delivery, replacements for lost delivery, and most recently for refund since March when they surpassed the 28 day quoted delivery time. I only noticed this week that the website had vanished and that the emails to their "helpdesk address" were bouncing right back to me! They STILL have an active Paypal account so I've registered a dispute via Paypal and also logged it with the Trading Standards. The B*stards!!! What ****** my off most is that my son was desperate to get his hands on a Holland strip...don't even know why - we're Scottish!!! Good luck to everyone else in recovery of your hard earned cash!
Like others (i felt i had to register to make my point). I am a new sports retailer, and having scoured the internet for wholesale premiership shirts and kits, i googled one particular shirt and each time i did so jp-sports.net were first on the list. Given that Google had given them this first place status i opted to use them spending a couple of thousand pounds on kits and shirts (wholesale). All my kits were fake and damaged. Trading Standards would have been down on me like a ton of bricks, so I told the company I wanted to return them for a full refund. Hey, anything's possible! I waited for over three months for a trickle total refund, bit by bit the refund came through, but the length of time it took put my funds for my shop in jeopardy. If I were aware others were suffering the same fate I would have warned people earlier on forums and here in the answerbank. It was only recently reading an article in a computer magazine problem page that jp-sport.net prompted a search by myself. Like the previous answers I now note that jp-sports.net no longer exists on Google or any search engine I have tried. I know its no great comfort not receiving a refund, but your shirts and kits would have been fakes. If jp-sports.net are reading this forum they should be made aware that I for one would produce countless emails I sent and received in support of them never trading again, under any name. At the end of the day my husband always tells me "you only get what you pay for"! Unfortunately, our Premiership League is reaping the benefits of sky-high priced shirts and kits, which forces us all to look elsewhere, but that's another story for another forum!
I also had the same problem. I ordered one shirt in May, I never received the shirt, and they kept telling me to wait few more days, so I trusted them. Then I realise it was not right. So I checked the review about this company online, I found people had the same problem as well. So I tried to get a refund from Paypal, But they said they cannot do anything about it, so I don't know what to do. And now they are not responding my emails and couldn't find the website anymore. JP Sports are steeling money from people, what a bad experience for me. So I gave up after Paypal said they cannot do anything about it. I hope people had the same problem can report this company to Paypal. I hope they can ban this company, even Google, they should do something about it as well. I am so sad about it.
I too have been had by jp-sports having ordered the new England home kit in May for my grandson and of course it never arrived.
I have had numerous e-mail skirmishes with jp and none of their promises materialised.
I cant see much prospect in trying to find jp and I will attempt recovery from my credit card company as I too have exceeded the 45 day limit of paypal.
I note that they are a listed e-bay store. Have e-bay any responsibility concerning their suppliers

i cant believe paypal cant do anything about this,i have emailed them several times, surely they have had enough complaints to look into this bogus company JPSPORTS.NET!!!!!!!!! I will continue to pester them, everyone do the same, lets see if we can get any answers,i have heard this company is actually in THAILAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! anyone else heard where they are supposed to be based?
They ARE in Thailand. All my kits and shirts arrived from three various locations in Thailand. JP-Sports swore they had only ever experienced damaged goods being returned on one other occasion and no longer use that supplier. I am so sorry for everyone on this thread as I know I had many sleepless nights knowing how much I may have lost. My only saving grace was my limited knowledge of the law and the insistence I made to them of contacting my solicitors and various other parties to take legal action against them. The person I spoke to said he shipped from Thailand, Europe and the UK. No UK address, nothing arrived from Europe only Thailand. He spoke perfect English so was well aware of my intentions to prosecute and hence my receiving the refund. To leave you all high and dry with no recompense just shows that this company never intended to trade as a legitimate company and only traded as long as their luck was in and until they received enough money to then run for the hills!!! No great comfort, but my thoughts are with you all.
in april i purchased two adult football shirt/shorts,after waiting almost 28 days i contacted them and they said it would be another week, still time went on and no kit. They offered me a refund which i accepted and until this day havnt recieved them. Like all the other people who have posted here I am also have the same problem my emails are being returned and also can find the web site anymore. can anyone advise me how I complain to paypal to try and receive a refund
Yes I too appear to have been duped by jpsports/jay sports following my original order in April. Again 45 days have been & gone due to this outfits methods of stalling and I have raised a complaint with Paypal today. I too have been promised 72 hour refund which I did not receive of course along with the various order replacements which never arrived but were obviously never sent.Emails now being returned. My Visa will not refund as transaction done via paypal.
I think Paypal owe a duty of care as they should check firms are kosher before acting as their financial agent.Anybody aware what legal position on this is?
If I don't get any joy from Paypal I will raise a complaint about Paypal themselves which you can do on their site.
A few things about the way this company operated made me feel uneasy - no order confirmation via email and no dispatch confirmed via email unlike other mail order firms.
Appreciate people keeping me updated on their refunds/paypal communications & I will do likewise.

I purchased an Italy football kit for my 9 year old autistic son in June from JP SPORTS, like you all I never received the kit and was given the runaround when making enquiries from them. They offered a partial refund but that never materialised either. I tried contacting them again last week and discovered the site has gone so contacted paypal immediately. Hopefully I will be able to get a refund as it was within the 45 day period. I also contacted the BBC WATCHDOG programme with a link to this thread so they can see that JP SPORTS are a bunch of shysters who have ripped off many.
