Is there a solicitor site?

I've been given a written warning for telling a child off. The said 'thing'' was wandering off at circle time (I work at a pre-school) so I brought him back and he wriggled and told me 'let me go!'. he then proceeded to punch me and elbow me (the previous week on a trip he kicked me and threathend to bite me...) I told him in an adult voice 'Do not punch, elbow, kick, or bite'. His mum is one of my supervisors and when she's there he's a nighmare, when she's not there he's an angel. (who I hate...) Surely I can go to work without being abused by a 3 year old? Should I put up with this? Am I not able to discipline these small people??? without the rist of a written warning!?

if anyone called my son ''thing' at nursery I would be gunning for them too.
As has already been said, perhaps you are following the wrong career path?
all children have the ability to be little wotsits at times, but its the treatment that they receive from their parents and adults responsible for them that either help or hinder the process of bringing them up as well behaved children.
Perhaps ask your employers and the childs mother how they would wish you to treat this childs behaviour.
