premises below my business are leased.i am freehold above.gable end of property has satellite dish on it which i didnt agree to and which i have been told i should be receiving some sort of rental for.As it is sited on my part of premises.should i be getting some sort of fee for this.

Was the satellite dish installed after you took the freehold?

If not, then presumably the previous owner allowed the leaseholders permission to install the satellite dish. If he did this without charging them a fee then I doubt you will be able to start charging them now.
