abuse of a teenager

i did a photo shoot for a teen model , she asked for money as it was a free shot to promote her .when i refused she told her dad ( did not live with her )
she then told police i grabbed her breast , I DID NOT,
i was arrested and bailed for 6 months , my question

what sort of sentance if/would i receive

i have no other offences and work 100 % with children.
married 5 children etc.

How old is the teenager?

More importantly, have you got a solicitor? If you are found guilty you will be on the sex offenders' register and will not be able to work with children.

no i was asked to do photo shoot at the girls home as i am a amatuer , her parents were there .

she was then 17

you should have made sure her mother was in the room all the time during the shoot.

Bailed for 6 months?

Well considering the only witness was the girl, and she would have supplied a statement already, read in to that that the police are not taking it particularly seriously.

Most police bails are for no more than a month, and that is usually for forensics and test results.

Shouldn't worry about it.
