If a man makes his fiance sole beneficiary in his will then two years later marries his fiance does the Will remain 'good' ?

No, unless he states in the will that he makes it in contemplation of the forthcoming marriage.
Marriage or divorce invalidates a Will, so to avoid any future problems both partners in a marriage should make a new Will, rather than assuming that their partner will automatically inherit everything in one of them dies.
