Cross Border arrests.

I have totally forgotton the laws of cross borders re England and Scotland.

My question if a murder is committed in Scotland and the baddie is arrested in England by an English cop, does his arrest fall under English law or Scottish law, and does PACE still apply?

Arrested in England then English law and PACE prevails.Prisoner would then await escort back to Scotland and The Scottish legal process would then follow
