can an owner of a commercial space refuse to rent to you without cause? the space is located in new york and i believe the owner is discriminating what can i do if i want to rent the space? thx.

Of course the owner can refuse to let you rent the space. He does not need to give a reason
am sorry but there is nothing you can do ! . its his land and empty lot is more value than a rented out plot ? why do u think discriminat u ?
